Working out at home? Here’s how to keep your house from smelling like a gym.

Your home is a sanctuary… it's also now an office, a classroom and a gym. We've gotten creative with our work outs, avoiding crowds and shared equipment. We're still feeling the burn and sweating it out. So how do we  bring home the gym benefits without bringing home the gym smell?

Begin your workout routine by changing the air. Lighting our Eucalyptus and Spearmint Candle will help get you motivated and energized. (If you want maximum inspiration, be sure to light it 30 minutes prior to prime your space.) This will fill the air with fresh and invigorating notes of sweet Spearmint and tingly, earthy Eucalyptus. It’s sure to get you energized and focused on your routine.  After your workout, allow your candle to burn for a few more hours. The middle notes of cedar and clove, mixed with the essential oils of cornmint, cedarwood, and patchouli oil will eliminate any lingering sweaty odors.
